Once your order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent to the address provided. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.

Processing time for each artwork is noted on the individual product pages. Shipping times may vary depending on the item. For all framed artworks within New Zealand, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Upon authorization and verification of your payment, we process all orders within 5 business days. If there are any delays, we will contact you promptly to keep you informed.

3.2 Shipping Restrictions
We ship to both residential and commercial addresses. Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses. -
We strive to deliver your artwork as quickly and safely as possible. Upon placing your order, we will provide an estimated delivery time. Please note that delivery estimates begin from the shipment date, not the order date. These times are indicative and may be subject to unforeseen delays such as weather or carrier practices.
(a) Standard Shipping
Orders typically arrive within 3-4 business days, depending on location. Shipping costs vary based on the item.(b) Please Note:
(i) Delivery dates may differ based on carrier practices, location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
(ii) We take all factors into account when calculating the estimated delivery date.
(iii) Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect address details provided by the customer. -
We aim to offer complete transparency throughout the shipping process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, we will send you a tracking link.
5.1 Domestic and International
All orders shipped within New Zealand and Australia will include tracking. You will receive your tracking number once the order is posted. -
Orders shipped outside New Zealand may be subject to local import duties, fees, and taxes. Delays can occur if your package is selected for inspection by your country’s Customs Department. Teri Linder is not responsible for these charges. We work closely with our carriers to ensure minimal delays, but customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional charges related to international shipments.
